I'm Laluh Baker. I manage Award Plants, and we sell ornamentals, from hibiscus all the way through to dipladenias and geraniums, all those little pretty things for retailers. I've been dealing with Fernlands with the company that I'm with now for about four years. Previously, I worked for a different nursery for about seven years. So overall, between 10 and 12 years, we buy everything from fertilizer through to stakes, bamboo ladders, and anything really that we need in the nursery.
Fernland stands out from other competitors mainly because of their customer service. I previously worked for a large Nursery where we had mass buying power. I guess you could say I'm now working at a smaller nursery, and between the two nurseries, Fernlands doesn't seem to falter in customer service. So it doesn't matter how big you are or how small you are; Fernland delivers across the board.
Fernland always manages to exceed expectations with us because we're only sort of half an hour down the road, and I can always make a quick phone call to one of the sales staff, and we can come up and pick it up later in the day. Look, Fernland's 10 out of 10 from me. I would highly recommend it to anyone else in the nursery scale, any of my friends who are looking to buy product, and all of my retail customers.
If I were to describe Fernlands, I'd describe them as fantastic, not only for their customer service but their great product range. Even the truck driver brings our dog treats! They're always on time, they're always informative, and yeah, they're just a really great team to work with.
