You will enjoy working in this hands-on customer service & sales support position to continue building the reputation for high quality products and service. You will thrive in providing superior customer service to a range of customers on the telephone, via email and answering website enquiries, along with offering advice to customers, providing them with the exemplary service they have come to expect.
Reporting to the National Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be able to demonstrate the ability to work in a role that requires flexibility and diversity on a daily basis. Ideally, you will possess a knowledge and passion for the horticultural industry and hold a desire to move into a sales/customer service role.
