STORAGE AND DISPOSAL Store in the closed, original container in a cool, well ventilated area. DO NOT store for prolonged periods in direct sunlight. The container can be recycled if it is clean, dry, free of visible residues and has the drumMUSTER logo visible. Triple-rinse container for disposal. Dispose of rinsate or any undiluted chemical according to state legislative requirements. Wash outside of the container and the cap. Store cleaned container in a sheltered place with cap removed. It will then be acceptable for recycling at any drumMUSTER collection or similar container management program site. The cap should not be replaced, but may be taken separately. If not recycling, break, crush, or puncture and deliver empty packaging to an approved waste management facility. If an approved waste management facility is not available, bury the empty packaging 500 mm below the surface in a disposal pit specifically marked and set up for this purpose, clear of waterways, desirable vegetation and tree roots, in compliance with relevant local, state or territory government regulations. Do not burn empty containers or product.

SAFETY DIRECTIONS Harmful if inhaled. May irritate the skin. Will irritate the eyes. Repeated exposure may cause allergic disorders. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Do not inhale vapour or spray mist. When opening the container and preparing the spray wear cotton overalls buttoned to neck and wrist (or equivalent clothing), elbow-length chemical resistant gloves and faceshield. If applying by low (manual) pressure hand wand wear cotton overalls buttoned to neck and wrist (or equivalent clothing) and elbow-length chemical resistant gloves. Wash hands after use. After each day’s use, wash gloves, face shield and contaminated clothing.

FIRST AID If poisoning occurs, contact a doctor or Poisons Information Centre. Phone Australia 131126, New Zealand 0800 764 766. If in eyes, hold eyes open, flood with water for at least 15 minutes and see a doctor. WARNING ProForce Clean Sweep Trio Fungicide contains fluazinam, which may cause asthma and/or respiratory sensitisation. Sensitive individuals should avoid contact with this substance.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE Restraints

  • For PROFESSIONAL use only.
  • DO NOT apply by aircraft.
  • DO NOT apply by spraying equipment carried on the back of the user.
  • DO NOT apply by high-pressure (mechanically pressurised) handheld spraying equipment.
  • DO NOT apply through any type of irrigation system or ultra low volume spray system.
  • DO NOT use for residential areas (including parks and domestic lawns).
  • DO NOT apply if heavy rains or storms are forecast within 3 days.
  • DO NOT irrigate to the point of field runoff for at least 3 days after application.

SPRAY DRIFT RESTRAINTS Specific definitions for terms used in this section of the label can be found at

  • DO NOT allow bystanders to come into contact with the spray cloud.
  • DO NOT apply in a manner that may cause an unacceptable impact to native vegetation, agricultural crops, landscaped gardens and aquaculture production, or cause contamination of plant or livestock commodities, outside the application site from spray drift. The buffer zones in the relevant buffer zone table/s below provide guidance but may not be sufficient in all situations. Wherever possible, correctly use application equipment designed to reduce spray drift and apply when the wind direction is away from these sensitive areas.
  • DO NOT apply unless the wind speed is between 3 and 20 kilometres per hour at the application site during the time of application.
  • DO NOT apply if there are hazardous surface temperature inversion conditions present at the application site during the time of application. Surface temperature inversion conditions exist most evenings one to two hours before sunset and persist until one to two hours after sunrise.
  • DO NOT apply by boom sprayer unless the following requirements are met:
    • Spray droplets not smaller than COARSE spray droplet size category.
    • Minimum distances between the application site and downwind sensitive areas (see ‘Mandatory buffer zones’ section of the following tables titled ‘Buffer zones for boom sprayers’) are observed.

Ectotrophic Root infecting Fungi (ERI) including Couchgrass Decline and Take All Patch 20 L/ha in a minimum of 1000 L of water per hectare Preventative applications: Spray in early Spring and late Autumn, after renovation and recovery of active growth. Make a second application 1 month later. Ongoing monthly treatments may be required. Early curative applications: Spray as soon as possible after first symptoms are detected. Make a second application 1 month later.

WITHHOLDING PERIODS DO NOT GRAZE OR CUT FOR STOCK FOOD. DO NOT GRAZE TREATED TURF/LAWN OR FEED TURF/LAWN CLIPPINGS FROM ANY TREATED AREA TO POULTRY OR LIVESTOCK

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS MIXING Half fill the spray tank with clean water and commence agitation. Add the required quantity of product directly to the water then complete filling to the final volume. Continue agitation during spraying and after a stoppage.

APPLICATION Leaf and Crown Diseases: Application volume for leaf and crown diseases (Dollar Spot, Helminthosporium Disease, Anthracnose, Brown Patch) should be adequate to ensure thorough and even coverage of the turf leaves and penetration into the crowns. Ideal application volumes should be between 400 - 800 L/ha. For best results use coarse [Turbo Teejet* or AIXR Teejet* (11004 or 11005)] nozzles, at 5 km/h and 3 bar pressure. In higher cut turf (>15 mm) a significant spray shielding effect can occur, impacting negatively on spray penetration and even coverage at low application volumes. Root Infecting Diseases: Application volume for soil/root diseases (Fairy Ring, Ectotropic Root Infecting Fungi (ERI), Brown Patch) should be as high as possible (minimum 1000 L/ha) to ensure placement close to the soil surface. When lower application volumes are used, washing in should commence as soon as possible after application. For best results use coarse [Turbo Teejet* or AIXR Teejet* (11004 or 11005)] and total application volume of approximately 1000 L/ha. Preferably spray onto wet or dewy grass.

FUNGICIDE RESISTANCE WARNING ProForce CLEAN SWEEP TRIO Fungicide is a combination of the methyl benzimidazole carbamates, dinitro anilines and DMI (Demethylation inhibitors) fungicides. For fungicide resistance management CLEAN SWEEP TRIO is Group 1, Group 29 and Group 3 fungicide. Some naturally occurring fungi resistant to CLEAN SWEEP TRIO and other Group 1, Group 29 and/or Group 3 fungicides may exist through normal genetic variability in any fungal population. The resistant individuals can eventually dominate the fungal population if these products are used repeatedly. These resistant fungi will not be controlled by CLEAN SWEEP TRIO or other Group 1, Group 29 and/or Group 3 fungicides, thus resulting in a reduction in efficacy and possible yield loss. Since occurrence of resistant fungi is difficult to detect prior to use, Indigo Specialty Products Pty Ltd accepts no liability for any losses that may result from the failure of this product to control resistant fungi.

RE-ENTRY STATEMENTS FOR OCCUPATIONAL USERS DO NOT enter treated areas until the spray has dried, unless wearing cotton overalls buttoned to the neck and wrist (or equivalent clothing) and chemical resistant gloves. Clothing must be laundered after each day’s use.

RE-ENTRY STATEMENT FOR THE GENERAL PUBLIC: DO NOT allow entry into treated areas until the spray has dried.

PROTECTION OF WILDLIFE, FISH, CRUSTACEANS AND ENVIRONMENT Very toxic to aquatic life. DO NOT contaminate wetlands or watercourses with this product or used containers.

PROTECTION OF HONEY BEES AND OTHER INSECT POLLINATORS Harmful to bee brood. DO NOT apply to flowering weeds or plants within the treatment area.

INTEGRATED PEST MANAGEMENT Toxic to beneficial arthropods. Not compatible with integrated pest management (IPM) programs utilising beneficial arthropods. Minimise spray drift to reduce harmful effects on beneficial arthropods in non-crop areas.
