1. Identification of the Material & Supplier

Product Name: Poultry Manure Pellets ACO Certified Org No. 149 Recommended Use: All purpose organic fertiliser. Supplier: Terra Firma Fertilisers

2. Hazards Identification

Not classified as a Dangerous Good. Not considered a health hazard under normal circumstances.

3. Composition & Ingredients

Ingredients: Fully Composted Poultry Manure to Australian

4. First Aid Measures

Swallowed: If swallowed seek medical assistance
Eye: Hold eyes open, flood with water for 15minutes and seek medical attention.
Skin: A small amount of skin contact is not normally harmful. Remove contaminated clothing and wash skin thoroughly. Wash with soap and water. Launder contaminated clothing before use.
Inhaled: Recovery is rapid after removal from exposure, if symptoms persist seek medical advice.
Medical: Practitioners to treat symptomatically.

5. Fire Fighting Measures

Very slowly combustible and non flammable, if material is involved in a fire use media applicable to surrounding fire. Fire fighters to wear self-contained breathing apparatus and suitable protective clothing if risk of exposure to products of decomposition.

6. Transport Information

Road & Rail Transport—Not classified as a Dangerous Goods.

7. Regulatory Information

Classified as not hazardous under GHS requirements.

8. Handling & Storage

Keep out of reach of children. Store in a dry, well-ventilated area out of direct sunlight.

9. Accidental Release Measures

Contain and prevent run off into drains and waterways.

10. Exposure Control Personal Protection

No exposure limit has been assigned to this product. When using do not eat, drink or smoke. Wash hands thoroughly before smoking, eating or using toilet facilities. Wear overalls, boots, gloves and safety goggles. Avoid inhaling dust. Where high concentrations of airborne dust are present, a dust respirator conforming to AS1716 should be worn.

11. Physical & Chemical Properties

Appearance: Dark Brown Pellets, Granules or Fines.
Odour: Composted Manure.
Solubility: Soluble in water.

12. Stability and Reactivity

Chemical stability is stable under normal conditions of use.

13. Toxicological Information

Swallowed: May cause diarrhoea, nausea, vomiting and cramps weakness & circulatory problems or gastro Intestinal disturbances.
Eye: Mildly irritating to eyes.
Skin: Mildly irritating to skin. Frequent and prolonged contact may cause dermatitis.
Inhaled: If present as high concentrations of airborne dust, prolonged contact may cause irritation to nose and throat, may cause coughing and shortness of breath.
