Biota Vegaline 3 is a multi-nutrient fertiliser especially suitable for use during the final stage of the crop cycle, for example from fruit set until fruit ripening in fruit trees. It contains a balanced combination of all essential elements including magnesium and trace elements for optimal growth of horticultural and agricultural crops. This organic liquid fertiliser is enriched with organic compounds (proteins, amino acids, and peptides). These break down slowly to provide an additional nutrient release and support microbial activity in the soil.

The primary nutrients are sourced from plant-based materials and agricultural residual streams. Due to the unique production process, the nutrients are present in the solution and therefore directly available to the plant through foliar application as well as irrigation.

Functionality

Biota Vegaline 3 is suitable at the final stage of the crop cycle, for example from fruit set until fruit ripening in fruit trees. Biota Vegaline 3 is extremely low in insoluble particles, which makes it ideal for (drip) irrigation and foliar spray. It also acts as a sticker/ spreader for other foliar additives, helping to improve the efficacy of sprays. It is non-phytotoxic, and therefore ideal for seedlings, transplanting, and stressed plants where conventional fertiliser application may cause leaf burn or root damage.
Biota Vegaline 3 is efficiently taken up by both foliage and roots so beneficial results are achieved quickly and economically. Regular applications of Biota Calcium in addition will help to prevent physiological disorders such as blossom end rot in tomatoes, bitter pit in apples, and black heart in celery.
