Fernland's New Regular, Scheduled Delivery Service: Going the Extra Mile for You

At Fernland, we constantly seek ways to enhance our services and enrich your experience. We understand the significance of reliable and consistent delivery to our trade customers. And so we're excited to introduce three new regular, scheduled delivery runs to cater to our valued customers in different areas!

Southern Gold Coast through to Northern Rivers: A Reliable Weekly Delivery Service

Starting Monday, 22nd May, we are launching a weekly delivery service for our customers in Southern Gold Coast through to Northern Rivers. Our dedicated Fernland vehicle, equipped with tailgate unloading facilities, will deliver your orders every Monday or Tuesday.

Wayne, our friendly and helpful driver committed to personalised service, will bring your orders to your doorstep. In addition to ensuring a smooth delivery process, we offer low freight rates designed to fit your budget.

To take advantage of this weekly run, please place your orders by noon Thursday of the preceding week. This will allow us to schedule your order on the subsequent weeks' delivery run. Please note that your delivery day may shift from Monday to Tuesday or vice-versa, depending on the distribution of deliveries for any given week.

Suburbs We Will Be Passing Through:

Wide Bay through to Central Queensland: A Fortnightly Delivery Schedule

In response to the needs of our customers in Wide Bay through to Central Queensland, we're commencing a new fortnightly delivery service starting Wednesday, 24th May. Our delivery runs will occur every 2nd and 4th Wednesday-Friday of each month.

Like our weekly run, our driver Wayne will make these fortnightly deliveries in Fernland's dedicated vehicle. We understand that some orders may require urgent delivery. For such immediate orders, we can promptly dispatch them via our comprehensive network of freight forwarders.

For a seamless delivery experience, please place your orders by noon Monday of the same week. This will allow us ample time to pack and load your order for delivery later in the week. Please be aware that your delivery day may move between any of the three days, depending on the distribution of deliveries.

Suburbs We Will Be Passing Through:

Darling Downs through to Burnett Region: A Customised Fortnightly Delivery Service

We're also thrilled to announce a new fortnightly delivery service for our customers in Darling Downs through to Burnett Region. Starting Thursday, 18th May, we will deliver orders every 1st and 3rd Thursday/Friday of each month.

Wayne, our dedicated driver, will ensure your orders reach you safely and efficiently. For orders requiring immediate delivery, we can dispatch them promptly via our network of freight forwarders.

To ensure your orders are included in this run, please place them by noon Tuesday of the same week. This helps us plan and execute your delivery later in the week. Note that depending on the week's delivery distribution, your delivery day may shift from Thursday to Friday or vice-versa.
