DIRECTIONS FOR USE: PCT REACTOR WETTER 1000 can be used where the addition of a Surfactant is required or recommended on the agricultural chemical label. Variations in conditions of use can require some changes in the amount of PCT REACTOR WETTER 1000.
| SITUATION | RATE/100L | CRITICAL COMMENTS |
|---|---|---|
| Non-Selective Herbicides FOLIAR ACTIVE | 25-100mL | Use the higher rate on waxy, hairy or hard to wet surfaces. Increase rate for dry soils. |
| Selective Herbicides IN CROP USE | 25-100mL | Use when a surfactant is recommended on herbicide labels. Use the higher rate on waxy, hairy or hard to wet surfaces. |
| Soil Residual Herbicides | 100-400mL | When applied with soil residual herbicides to standing weeds, add PCT REACTOR WETTER 1000 to thoroughly wet foliage. Consult product labels for individual recommendations. |
| Horticulture Insecticides, Fungicides and Growth Regulators | 40-100mL | Vary rate according to the volume and nature of target. Use only when recommended on product labels |
| Paraquat and Diquat Herbicides Important when grasses are the major target | 25-100mL | Vary rate according to spray volume. Select rate in accordance with product labels. |
| Pasture Topping For use with Glyphosate CT | 125mL | |
| Watering of Turf and Dust Abatement As additive to water | 40-100mL | Use the higher rate when watering turf |
| Fire Fighting Water Tanker Knapsack | 5mL/100L 2mL/15mL | In this field PCT REACTOR WETTER 1000 has the advantage of less weight to carry compared with less concentrated surfactants and of being non-flammable. It increases the wetting power of water which assists in quick control and mopping up of fires. It is of particular value where water may not be readily available, when a less drenching spray is needed, and a tankful will cover a bigger area. |
NOT TO BE USED FOR ANY PURPOSE, OR IN ANY MANNER, CONTRARY TO THIS LABEL UNLESS AUTHORISED UNDER APPROPRIATE LEGISLATION.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS: NOTE: Where product labels recommend the addition of a non-ionic wetting agent as a percentage (%) dilution, add 100mL PCT REACTOR WETTER 1000 per 100 litres of spray mixture to give 0.1%, 250mL/100L to give 0.25% or other rates as required using these examples.
MIXING: For wettable powders and water soluble products, add PCT REACTOR WETTER 1000 in water before adding the agricultural chemical to spray tank. For emulsifiable products, add PCT REACTOR WETTER 1000 after a good emulsion is formed.
PROTECTION OF WILDLIFE, FISH, CRUSTACEANS AND ENVIRONMENT: Harmful to fish. Do not contaminate ponds, streams, rivers or waterways with the chemical or used containers.
