Danisaraba® introduces a highly effective new mode of action that’s ideal for first-line control of two-spotted spider mites and other web-spinning species. Early application takes full advantage of Danisaraba’s all-round control of all life stages and optimal compatibility with beneficial predators.

How and When to Use Danisaraba

Rates


100 mL/100 L: (min of 1L/ha when using less than 1000L water)	Almonds, Citrus, Table and wine grapes, Nursery stock (including chrysanthemums, cyclamens, fuchsias, gerbera daisies, roses and African violets), Pome fruit

Timing

Use Danisaraba for your first miticide application of the season, as mite populations begin to build and before mite damage is observed, to take full advantage of its control of all life stages. Continue to monitor the crop and make a second application after 14 days if necessary, with a different mode of action.

Method

Danisaraba is a contact miticide with no translaminar movement within the plant, so thorough spray coverage is essential. Adjust the water volume according to the crop growth stage to ensure thorough coverage up to the point of run-off. Adding a non-ionic surfactant may enhance the speed of knockdown, coverage and overall control.

Resistance Management

Danisaraba is a Group 25A insecticide. Follow the CropLife resistance management guidelines, when using Danisaraba, and apply no more than 2 applications per season (alternating with another mode of action miticide).
