General Questions

We are open from Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm AEST. Please check our contact page for holiday/public holiday closure notices.

We are located at 31 Paulger Flat Road, Yandina Qld 4561. You are welcome to visit our showroom during business hours.

Please select the "Contact Me" shipping option at the checkout. Continue to place your order and we will contact you with all available options once we have your order packed, and have accurate weight and dimensions.

If your order has not been despatched, we can accommodate changes. Please contact us to advise your needs.

When you select the product options, an alert will display if our stock levels are low. Alternatively, contact us to check stock levels.

Log into your account and navigate to My Invoices, select the invoices you wish to pay and select the "Pay Selected" button. Enter your card details and select the "Pay" button. Please wait until you receive a confirmation message before navigating somewhere else.

Order Delivery Questions

Yes, we certainly can! We would normally arrange delivery for our clients - once the order is picked and packed, we assess a number of our 15+ courier options to find the most economical option for you. If you wish to use a transport company we do not have an account with, we are happy to let you know when the order is ready for collection, along with weight and dimensions so you can book the order for collection with your preferred carrier.

Almost anywhere! We are sending orders Australia-wide daily, and also have significant experience exporting orders to Asia-Pacific Islands.

Providing stock is available, orders are normally despatched the day after placing your order. After despatch, deliveries to South-East Queensland are usually delivered within 1-3 business days. Deliveries elsewhere are usually delivered within 2-5 business days, with the exception of WA (5-10 business days).

Shipping costs are on-charged to you 'at cost'. Factors that influence the shipping cost charged by the carrier include weight and dimensions, location, and distance from pickup to delivery locations. When ordering online, a shipping cost will be provided in the cart or checkout based on these factors. Otherwise, we are happy to provide a shipping cost should you contact us by phone or email.

Apart from our own delivery vehicles, we use over 15 different delivery carriers – these include Australia Post, TNT, Toll Group, Followmont Transport, Aramex (previously Fastway), and a number of other region-specific/local carriers.

Yes, you can. When ordering online, please select the "Contact Me" shipping option and add the details of your pickup (including transport company name, date and approx. time of pickup) to the order comments section. Please also advise these details if you place your order over the phone or by email.

Yes, you can, providing it is a carrier we already have a relationship with. Please be aware your chosen carrier may not be as economical as other options we may have available – delivery costs are on-charged at cost to you.

Yes, it can – please be aware that many delivery carriers add a residential delivery charge, depending on the weight and dimensions of your order. Please contact us to arrange a delivery quote.

Delivery in our own vehicles are usually reserved for regular trade customers. Please find the schedule below:

Sunshine Coast – Fernland Truck, Every Wednesday
Caloundra to Pomona

  • Orders must be received by 12 noon Tuesdays

Landsborough to Pine Rivers – Fernland Truck, Every Tuesday
Including Landsborough, Beerwah, Glasshouse Mountains,  Caboolture, Burpengary and Strathpine.

  • Orders must be received by 12 noon Mondays

Brisbane South East – Fernland Truck, Every Monday
Capalaba, Rochedale, Redland Bay area, expanded to Pimpama, Coomera area

  • Orders must be received by 12 noon Fridays

Brisbane South West – Fernland Truck, Every Thursday

Rocklea, Acacia Ridge, Wacol area, and expanded to Ipswich area

  • Orders must be received by 12 noon Wednesdays

Sydney District, Central Coast & Mid Coast NSW – Fernland Truck, 2nd and 4th Week of Each Month

  • Orders can be despatched any working day on other carriers – please contact us for a freight quote.

Central & North Queensland Coastal Districts – Fernland Truck, 1st and 3rd Week of Each Month

  • Orders can be despatched any working day on other carriers – please contact us for a freight quote.

Please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue. Where applicable we are happy to liaise with the transport company to locate your order and obtain an ETA, or arrange a replacement if your goods are damaged.

Yes, our despatch team take great pride in packaging your order so that chance of damage during transport is minimised.

Order Collection Questions

Our address is 31 Paulger Flat Road, Yandina Qld 4561. Please come via the front entrance into our showroom and make yourself known to staff at our front counter.
