## Description

## Osmocote Landscape Formula | Controlled Release Fertiliser

Landscape planting and maintenance demand consistent nutrition without constant reapplication. Osmocote Landscape Formula is a controlled release fertiliser designed for garden beds and landscape use, delivering a steady nutrient supply for up to 6 months. Its low‑phosphorus analysis makes it suitable for most Australian natives, while boosted iron and magnesium support greener foliage and healthy growth.

### Key Features and Specifications

- Product type: controlled release fertiliser for Garden Beds & Landscape
- NPK: 21.2 : 1.9 : 5.7; less than 2% phosphorus (safe for most Australian natives)
- Feeding duration: one application feeds continuously for up to 6 months
- Plus trace elements; boosted levels of iron & magnesium
- Advanced prill technology: high‑quality fertiliser encased in a permeable, biodegradable soy extract coating for even, temperature‑dependent release
- Suitable for: trees and shrubs (including most natives), flowering and leafy annuals/perennials/climbers/groundcovers, vegetables, herbs, fruits, and potted plants
- Not suitable for: lawns (use lawn‑specific fertilisers), hydroponics, ponds or pots submerged in water
- Pack size: 4.5 kg

### Application and Usage Instructions

When to use: add to soils at planting time. For established plants, apply in early Spring and again in early Autumn (do not fertilise during the peak of Summer).

#### How to apply

- At planting: mix Osmocote into backfill soil, fill around roots, then water thoroughly to settle soil and initiate release.
- Established plants: sprinkle in a band around the dripline beneath the leaf canopy and cover with mulch. Apply once per year per season guidance.
- Pots: sprinkle at the recommended rate over potting mix and cover lightly with mulch.
- Self‑watering pots: make 10 cm deep holes a few centimetres in from the rim; fill with columns of Osmocote. Water from the top once or twice to start feeding. As a guide, three holes suit a 20 cm pot.

#### Safety and Handling

- Caution: may stain hard surfaces if wet. Avoid contact with paths and paving; if contact occurs, sweep off immediately.
- Always read the pack label and product instructions before use; refer to the SDS and pack label for full safety guidance.

### Consistent, low‑maintenance nutrition for landscapes

With temperature‑responsive controlled release and a low‑phosphorus analysis, Osmocote Landscape Formula supports establishment and ongoing performance across mixed plantings, including many natives, while reducing labour through extended feeding intervals.
